Job Description

Front facing customer support for all home basketball games for ticketing. This includes point of sales for all walk up traffic and assisting with Ticket Office admin to support all customers.

Saturday afternoons and weekday evenings are required. The ticket office will open for all games an hour before tipoff and run until the second half of each game.

- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environemnt

- Ability to complete sales and work with customers for all requests

- Professionalism representing UNC Asheville to all customers

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in sales or marketing (restaurants and retail preferred)

- Strong written communication skills
