Job Description

This position will provide general support for the Communication and Marketing Department, with an emphasis on storytelling. General duties may include contributing news and feature writing, social media content creation, project management, and graphic design.

This student must exhibit strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently. Student dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete tasks to accomplish organizational goals are also essential to the role.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Required:

Strong writing skills.
Confident in verbal communication and willing to lead interviews with campus community members, including faculty and staff, students, and alumni.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Can work independently.

Preferred:

Students who have completed classes in marketing, journalism, and/or communications are preferred.
