Job Description

Front facing customer service to all Basketball fans with ticket sales and operations representing UNC Asheville Athletics. This position requires strong communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a desire to succeed in a sales environment. This position may also assist in other areas to support UNC Asheville Basketball in events, business operations, and more for a well rounded business approach to support all UNC Asheville Basketball home games.

In addition to the ticket office there will be duties affiliated with event setup and breakdown of spaces affiliated with Basketball home games for event operations and building skills to reflect a well rounded expereince.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

This position requires someone who is looking for experience in sales, customer service, and comfortable in a fast paced environment. Every game will focus on the customer experience as for forefront in all areas and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications- Sales or Service experience, strong communication skills, working in a fast paced environment, conflict resolution in sales, marketing skills
