Job Description

About Us: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to assist in the migration of content from one website to another. This part-time temporary position is ideal for someone with a web design background who is looking to gain hands-on experience in web content management. The student intern will also assit in other department needs such as, but not limited to: photography, social media, videography, internal organization, website edit requests, etc...

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in migrating content between websites, ensuring all content is transferred accurately.
Check and format content to match the design and functionality of the new site.
Perform troubleshooting on any issues that arise during the migration process.
Support the team with additional web design and technical tasks as needed

Schedule:

8 to 10 hours a week average.
Up to 20 hours a week available but not required.
2 hours a week in office - choice of day.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of web design experience.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and ensure content integrity.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with WordPress.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Prior experience with web migrations or content management projects.
Experience with Trello project management software a plus

Brainstorming, Branding, Copywriting, CSS, Customer Service, Document Management, Editing, Google Analytics, HTML, Typography: spacing, line height, layout, choosing fonts, UX and UI Design, Writing Articles
