MUST be available during SkillSet programming hours. REQUIRED: Please describe your availability in your application. Include days of the week and hours available. The right person will have an interest in gaining teaching experience under the guidance of other experienced educators. Openness to learning and direct feedback is a requirement of this position. Additionally, applicants must be punctual, reliable, and communicative. An interest in science, technology, engineering, art, math curriculum is a must. Power tool experience is helpful but not at all necessary--we provide training the ways to teach these skills to kids. A sense of humor, flexibility, and interest in developing social emotional classroom management skills are all necessary skills in working with students! Please be aware that this position requires the ability to team-lift heavy objects, and hand dexterity for gripping tools and materials. |
