Job Description

Are you friendly, curious, and looking for an on-campus job with flexible scheduling around your classes? Ramsey Library is hiring student assistants to help at our Research + Checkout Desk. The Library's Research + Checkout Desk is one of the main hubs on campus - a place where students come for help, resources, and support. As a student assistant, you'll be at the heart of it all!

What you’ll do:

Greet and assist library visitors
Help students find books, articles, and other resources
Answer basic research and tech questions (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
Check materials in and out using our software system
Keep things organized at the library

We’re looking for someone who:

Enjoys helping students and solving problems

Can work 10 - 12 + hours per week

No previous library experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need.
