Assist the Associate Director in recruiting and hiring of new Orientation Assistant Team
Creating and posting marketing materials
Tabling to increase understanding of the role and engage with students
Looking through applications as they come in and scheduling interviews
Being present in interviews and providing feedback on candidates
Lead a small group of Orientation Assistants
Lead breakout sessions for the small group during training
Take small group attendance
Build a positive team dynamic amongst the small group
Communicate with small group during spring and summer, answering questions as needed
Participate in Spring and Summer training as a returning OA
Participate in Summer and Fall Orientation programs as a returning OA
Must be a returning Orientation Assistant: applicant must have held the Orientation Assistant position previously, it is okay if there was a gap between then and now.
