Job Description

The Department of Education is looking for an enthusiastic teacher licensure candidate to increase program visibility across campus and the community in the Fall 2024 semester. Job responsibilities include:

Serving as Treasurer for UNCA's chapter of SNCAE
Assisting chapter SNCAE President and Vice President with coordinating SNCAE events for students
Visiting sections of EDUC 210 to talk about SNCAE and the licensure program
Tabling at university and community events
Visiting their hometown high schools to talk to students about the journey to becoming a teacher.

Pay is $16/hour, with the expectation of working 40 hours during the semester.

Please note this position is only open to current licensure students.
