Job Description

We are seeking reliable and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Frontline with UNC Asheville’s Campus Recreation. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and members while managing front desk operations.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Google Drive, Sheets, and Gmail)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required, we will offer certification opportunities free of charge if hired).
