Job Description |
The ASC Student Assistant greets and welcomes students, faculty, staff, and visitors to the Academic Success Center, and performs a variety of other reception and office tasks. Assistants are familiar with the general functions and personnel of all ASC offices in order to provide information to students and make appropriate referrals.Job duties include: Refer students/visitors to appropriate ASC staff representatives Schedule appointments for students Escort individuals to offices, meeting rooms Answer phones and perform other basic office tasks Provide general information & referrals for in-person & phone queries Disperse & accept forms as needed Perform posted office opening & closing procedures Filing and document scanning Special duties & projects as requested by ASC staff
