Job Description |
HIRING FOR Monday and Wednesday shifts currently. The IT Service Desk is UNCA’s one stop shop for all Information Technology needs. Student assistant technicians will assist customers with a wide variety of technical support needs. This can include WiFi, malware, classroom technology, learning management systems, enterprise systems, and much more. Students, Faculty, Staff, and Campus Guests will request support via email, phone and walk-in methods. |
